New comedy series “Sprung” sets in Pittsburgh in search of replacements – CBS Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH (KDKA) – A new comedy television series to be filmed here in Pittsburgh is looking for replacements.

The show, “Sprung,” is from Amazon Studios and stars “Walking Dead” star Garret Dillahunt as a recently released prisoner who wants to make a fresh start – just as the coronavirus pandemic begins.

Movie Casting PGH calls for four to six substitutes of varying sizes, ages, genders, and races.

Substitutes are required to have a flexible weekday schedule, with night and noon shoots expected.

The teams work 10 to 14 hours a day.

The replacements could rotate from August 23 to the end of October this year.

Interested participants must be at least 18 years old and follow COVID-19 protocols on set.
